Full Journal pdf1994-03-23 House Journal Page 2941 HB 462 The following was read the second time: HOUSE BILL NO. 462 "An Act repealing certain provisions of the laws, other than those in the Alaska Land Act, relating to recording requirements, labor and improvement requirements, and size requirements for mining claims and providing for the suspension or waiver of state annual mining labor requirements when the federal government has suspended or waived federal annual mining labor requirements administratively or by statute; and providing for an effective date." 1994-03-23 House Journal Page 2942 HB 462 with the: Journal Page RES RPT 6DP 1NR 2900 -ZERO FISCAL NOTE (DNR) 3/21/94 2901 Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that HB 462 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Representative Ulmer objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, it was so ordered. HB 462 was read the third time. The question being: "Shall HB 462 pass the House?" Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clauses. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HB 462 was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
